Community Wednesday
We offer breakfast at our locations, from time to time, in our Culture Breakfast, where we have the space to discuss our values and see friendly faces at our office.
An Alpega Group initiative, the Community Wednesday is an informal space where employees can share what they are working on and how others can contribute ideas.
Sustainability at Alpega
Sports Community
Our online sustainability community is an opportunity for employees to connect with ideas and suggestions on how we can further improve internally our sustainability initiatives. We conduct activities and challenges to contribute to local sustainability initiatives.
Our Alpega employees share a common love for sports, and we support physical exercise from our employees, that contributes to their mental health. We sponsor runs for our employees and organize bi-annual sports days at our different locations.
